MARKETING SPECIFICS

  • Responsible for LinkedIn business development solutions strategy and implementation
  • Manage LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (organic and paid)
  • Manage LinkedIn Sales Solutions (lead generation and insights)
  • Manage LinkedIn Talent Solutions (talent discovery and acquisition)
  • Manage LinkedIn Learning Solutions (developing talent)
  • Manage LinkedIn Groups (community building and engagement)
  • Stay current on new features, best practices
  • Work closely with the business development team and client success team to ensure exceptional delivery of marketing strategy

MARKETING PLANNING

  • Strategic and tactical planning, leveraging LinkedIn tools
  • Research and evolve our LinkedIn and Inbound marketing best practices
  • Drive through knowledge and expertise on LinkedIn – understand what other brands are doing, and the latest developments across the platform
  • Understand funnels, ecosystems, and member behaviors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Guide content creation for social graphics, visual development, animated GIFs, and short-form video related to campaigns
  • Develops creative recruiting sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of candidates for critical and repeat roles
  • Create, manage, and develop LinkedIn Community
  • Research, identify, and engage with industry-relevant groups and stakeholders
  • Determine online marketing SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Timely) and key performance indicators (KPI’s)

MARKETING EXECUTION

  • Create comprehensive social strategies that move beyond channel tactics to support our objectives
  • Manage and execute social strategies, campaigns, and initiatives—be able to confidently address and plan for questions ranging from social format to platform functionality
  • Effectively manage budgets to ensure best ROAS
  • Drive audience growth, video views, watch time, and engagement
  • Lead generation through funnel building and paid media campaigns, owning the full customer journey and consistent delivery of Sales Qualified Leads (SQL’s)
  • Develop creative recruiting sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of candidates
  • Build and maintain meaningful conversations with industry-relevant accounts
  • Connecting our brand with our target persona on LinkedIn

MARKETING REPORTING

  • Weekly, monthly, and annual reports preparation and review
  • LinkedIn analytics tools, Marketing Solutions platform reporting
  • Reports include: engagement, conversion rate of sessions-to-contacts, conversion rate of contacts-to-customers, customers, comparison line of the selected timeframe, Goal line
  • Key metrics: Qualified leads, Brand recall and engagement,time spent on site, Conversion rates, Customer acquisition cost (CAC), Return on investment

IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 - 3 years experience in Online Marketing working with LinkedIn 
  • Experience with LinkedIn Marketing, Sales and Talent Solutions
  • Inbound marketing systems experience (Hubspot, Google certifications)
  • Successfully grown a social media audience in a B2B and/or B2C environment
  • Strong knowledge of social media channel growth strategies and best practices, as well as a strong desire to continue learning in order to stay on top of social media marketing trends and emerging platforms
  • Worked in a fast-paced B2B environment, preferably agency based 
  • Results-driven and detail-oriented with the desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • Strong self-organizational and time management skills
  • Academic qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree; Online marketing certification
  • Multi-national/lingual/cultural is a plus

REMUNERATION

Remuneration is commensurate with skills, qualifications and experience. There is a fixed salary as well as a variable linked to revenue generated.

Flexible office and home based working. IT infrastructure and support provided.

  • Stage 4: Final interview. You’ll interview in-person or over video with 1-2 IBT Onliners conversations validating your skills and interest. This is where you can learn more about the work, get real insights into what the job is like.
  • Stage 5: Decision stage. Internal debriefs, file build, documents and qualifications review. Final assessment. You receive an offer.
