MARKETING SPECIFICS

  • Build demand generation assets including emails, landing pages, CTAs, Forms, and Workflows via HubSpot
  • Take ownership of error-free delivery of the right communications to the right audiences
  • Generate (organic & paid) leads from LinkedIn, drive website traffic & brand awareness
  • Guide the creation of micro-content such as social graphics, visual development, animated GIFs, and short-form video related to campaigns
  • Tell our brand’s story on LinkedIn and drive real business impact with our LinkedIn Page
  • Stay current on new features, best practices, and incorporate these into IBT Online marketing strategy
  • Work closely with the business development team and client success team to ensure exceptional delivery of IBT Online marketing strategy

MARKETING PLANNING

  • Strategic and tactical online marketing planning for  IBT Online
  • Research and evolve our inbound marketing best practices
  • Review and evolve our Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the business development team
  • Review and evolve our online marketing processes and playbook
  • Determine online marketing SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Timely) and key performance indicators (KPI’s)

MARKETING EXECUTION

  • Buyers' journey Awareness and Consideration stages management: establish, attract, boost and measure Subscribers, Leads, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL’s), and the Sales Qualified Leads (SQL’s)
  • Awareness and Consideration content creation (informational, educational, solutions, evaluation…), management and distribution
  • Application of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the business development team (business development activities…)
  • Application of the online marketing processes and playbook
  • Activities: website, search engine, email, and social media campaigns
  • Hubspot marketing pipeline optimization and management 
  • Consistent delivery of Sales Qualified Leads (SQL’s)

MARKETING REPORTING

  • Weekly, monthly, and annual reports preparation and review
  • Hubspot marketing dashboard: performance (sales and marketing), landing pages, blogs, emails, contacts, personas
  • Reports include: sessions, conversion rate of sessions-to-contacts, conversion rate of contacts-to-customers, customers, comparison line of the selected timeframe, Goal line
  • Key metrics: Qualified leads, Brand recall, and engagement, Time spent on site, Conversion rates, Customer acquisition cost (CAC), Return on investment

IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 - 3 years experience in Online Marketing working with HubSpot and LinkedIn
  • Strong familiarity with HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub, and their integrations
  • Inbound marketing systems experience (Hubspot, LinkedIn, Google certifications)
  • Strong knowledge of social media channel growth strategies and best practices, as well as a strong desire to continue learning in order to stay on top of social media marketing trends and emerging platforms
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, Pipeline Builder, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience with LinkedIn advertising (sponsored content, sponsored messaging, text ads, and dynamic ads)
  • Successfully grown a social media audience in a B2C or B2B environment
  • Worked in a fast-paced B2B environment, preferably agency based 
  • Knowledgeable with management skills in developing and executing dynamic marketing plans, brand management, copywriting, email marketing, and social media
  • Excited by the rapidly changing digital landscape and current industry trends to create campaigns and content that engages with the target audiences
  • Results-driven and detail-oriented with the desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • Strong self-organizational and time management skills
  • Academic qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree; Online marketing certification is a plus
  • Multi-national/lingual/cultural is a plus

REMUNERATION AND WHERE WE WORK

Remuneration is commensurate with skills, qualifications, and experience. There is a fixed salary, a variable bonus linked to mutually agreed key performance indicators, and a range of benefits.

IBT Online is a remote-first company. Team members can choose to work fully remotely, from one of our Spaces Offices, or a mix of the two.

Thank you for your application. Here's what you can expect once you apply for a career at IBT Online. There are 5 recruitment stages, ensuring cultural fit, professional alignment, and that we can build your career and IBT Online together. The process will take approx. 1 month. We will keep you informed of progress at each stage.

  • Stage 1: Application review. We will review your cover letter and resume to see if there is a “good cultural and professional match”. For guidance re culture, please do also see our IBT Online team and Mission, Vision, and Values webpages.
  • Stage 2: Initial interview. You’ll interview for 30 minutes using MS Team with 1 or 2 IBT Onliners to learn more about you, review your cover letter and resume together, introduce IBT Online as well as questions and answers.
  • Stage 3: Application and interview review. We will review your application, and the results of your interview, assessing the alignment of the stated key responsibilities and ideal candidate qualifications.
  • Stage 4: In-depth interview. You’ll interview for 60 minutes using MS Team with 1 or 2 IBT Onliners to validate your skills, qualifications, and experience, discuss remuneration and where to work. This is where we ask for supporting documentation (identification, reference list, letters of recommendation, employment, and educational certifications…). Also, you can learn more about IBT Online, the team, management, daily work, get real insights into what your future career.
  • Stage 5: Application, interviews review, and decision. We will review your application, the results of your interviews, evaluate and validate your skills, qualifications, and experience, the documentation received, and contact your references. Final assessment and decision.
