KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT PLANNING

  • Partner with the leadership team to understand, plan, and execute our human resource and talent strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, culture, retention, and development
  • Plan, lead and direct the human resources routine functions
  • Human resource compensation, pay, benefits, and leave, and ensuring policies and practices

HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT EXECUTION

  • Managing the recruitment, identification, selection and interviewing processes
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Nurture a positive working culture and environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan, and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT REPORTING

  • Develop and monitor overall human resource strategies, systems, tactics and procedures
  • Report and provide decision support through human resource metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of five years of human resource management experience required preferably tech, online marketing agency
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources management information systems and metrics
  • Proficient with MS Office 365, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, and other similar online tools
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Human resources (SHRM-CP/-SCP, TMI, HRCI) or similar qualifications required

REMUNERATION AND WHERE WE WORK

Remuneration is commensurate with skills, qualifications, and experience. There is a fixed salary, a variable bonus linked to mutually agreed key performance indicators, and a range of benefits.

IBT Online is a remote-first company. Team members can choose to work fully remotely, from one of our Spaces Offices, or a mix of the two.

There are 5 recruitment stages, ensuring cultural fit, professional alignment, and that we can build your career and IBT Online together. The process will take approx. 1 month. We will keep you informed of progress at each stage.

  • Stage 1: Application review. We will review your cover letter and resume to see if there is a “good cultural and professional match”. For guidance re culture, please do also see our IBT Online team and Mission, Vision, and Values webpages.
  • Stage 2: Initial interview. You’ll interview for 30 minutes using MS Team with 1 or 2 IBT Onliners to learn more about you, review your cover letter and resume together, introduce IBT Online as well as questions and answers.
  • Stage 3: Application and interview review. We will review your application, and the results of your interview, assessing the alignment of the stated key responsibilities and ideal candidate qualifications.
  • Stage 4: In-depth interview. You’ll interview for 60 minutes using MS Team with 1 or 2 IBT Onliners to validate your skills, qualifications, and experience, discuss remuneration and where to work. This is where we ask for supporting documentation (identification, reference list, letters of recommendation, employment, and educational certifications…). Also, you can learn more about IBT Online, the team, management, daily work, get real insights into what your future career.
  • Stage 5: Application, interviews review, and decision. We will review your application, the results of your interviews, evaluate and validate your skills, qualifications, and experience, the documentation received, and contact your references. Final assessment and decision.
