UPTIME MONITORING

We use Solarwinds Pigndom for uptime monitoring. Knowing when your site is unavailable is critical to any business. That’s why Pingdom will immediately alert us via email, SMS, push notification to our system administrator and hosting support at Nexcess is an issue is detected.

RECOVERY

Backup is the cornerstone of website management. If an update fails, or your website crashes, it’s imperative to have an up-to-date backup of your website. Out automated sytems run scheduled backups and making sure that up-to-date backup is always ready. Our backups are incremental and run off-site.

  • Identify Online Global solutions aligned with your goals, challenges, and initiatives
  • Monitor your satisfaction level and report progress to stakeholders
  • Be on point as the internal company contact regarding your needs
     

LEAVING THE WEBSITE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM IS A BIG DECISION

If the WMP is not working for you, just let us know. We understand, wish you every success, and hope that you can provide optimal localized support, performance and security for your websites as well as IBT Online. Here’s what you can expect once you decide to leave the WMP and want your website(s) full-system (website(s), database(s), associated files, passwords, and content management system). For client WMP security, integrity and other operational reasons, no File Transfer Protocol (FTP) access is ever given to our servers. IBT Online has made leaving the WMP a simple 2 stage process, which can take 5 days:

  • Stage 1: Administrative. You inform your IBT Online project manager, via your Teamwork project account, or by email that you want to leave the WMP and specify your website(s) URLs. Your IBT Online project manager, will respond detailing the websites, the URL’s, the website(s) full-system, and file transfer format, proposing the timeline and budget, which is dependent upon your website(s), number, size, and CMS. You confirm your agreement to the details and proposal. IBT Online raises the invoice, with details and proposal, which you pay. Stage 1, can take 2 days.
  • Stage 2: Technical. Your IBT Online project manager will ensure that your website(s) full-system (as detailed above) copy is prepared, that these files are converted to the format you require, the files are transferred (can be large amounts of data) to you, or the service provider of your choice, that your website(s) full-system transfer validation is confirmed (security and data integrity confirmed), we delete all those same files from our servers. Stage 2, can take 3 working days. For us to complete the work it will be a 4 hour TPM ticket (charged at the current rate). Upon receipt of payment we will transfer the files to you. Optionally, if you require our assistance in setting up the website on your hosting server this will be an additional 6 hour TPM ticket (charged at the current rate).

The WMP leaving you. If there is no response to the WMP outreach and invoice for your website(s), after 90 days the WMP will leave you. The WMP will duly lapse for the concerned websites, which will then go off-line.
