TIMEFRAME

The Online Global Marketing Program will begin on the Commencement Date for a period of 10 weeks or more, (pre event is 6 weeks or more, during event is 1 week, and post event is 3 weeks).

BUDGET

The #Tradeshow International Online Global Marketing Program management fee budget is pre-event $5,600 (28 hours), the during event $1,600 (8 hours), and post event $1,600 (8 hours), for a total budget of $8,800 (44 hours, over 10 weeks or more). The budget for a TPM ticket is $200 (may be adjusted) per hour, or part thereof. Budgets proposed are exclusive of all and any taxes.
The tradeshow recommended paid advertising budget is $4,000, paid directly by the customer to the SEM, SMM platforms.

COMMENCEMENT DATE

Your Online Global Ecommerce Marketing Programs will be set up and managed for you in the market, as per the Statement of Work (SOW) below, by IBT Online's team of international digital natives.

9-POINT STATEMENT OF WORK

1. Your Montana Online Global Program International Online Marketing #China, dated and signed.
2. Teamwork Project Management (TPM): Set up your TPM program and marketing team, ensure organized, transparent and effective collaboration, the program management, changes and extensions, meet deadlines and achieve results
3. Program kick-off MS Teams (with dial-in) video conference call (recorded): date ___/___/_____ (mm/dd/yyyy), agenda, introductions, objectives, strategy review, agree key performance indicators (KPIs) (traffic, engagement, conversion...), TPM program team, presentation of the program project roadmap, access, and next steps.
4. Legal representation for China. It is understood that  has either a legal entity in China, and/or have appointed a company in China as their official representative office, as this will be required to support the application to open accounts on the selected platforms. 
5. Set up processes for ecommerce marketplaces, search engine and social media marketing platforms (approx. 3 months):
   1. Market review, content and product analysis, buyer (consumer) persona and journey, competitor research, industry analysis, relevant companies
   2. Platform research (Ecommerce marketplaces: Tmall, Taobao, JD, Pinduoduo. Search engine: Baidu, Social media marketing platforms: WeChat, RedBook, Douyin, BiliBili, Weibo) and strategic recommendations
   3. Platforms account open and set up (Marketplace account + Social media account)
      Timeframe: 2-4 weeks for documentation gathering and application. Timeline on account being operational depends on each platform’s review process.
   4. Marketplaces and Social Media Shops inventory creation and optimization
      Timeframe: 4 weeks from account opening and access guarantee (up to 150 products)
   5. Landing pages and organic profiles set up and optimization
      Timeframe: 4 weeks from account opening and access guarantee
   6. Advertising campaigns set up and optimization
      Timeframe: 4 weeks from inventory validation
   7. Reporting (Google Datastudio), and platform-native analytics
   8. Evaluation: each platform’s technical team evaluates and manages the account opening process (5.3 above).
6. Ecommerce marketplaces, search engine and social marketing platforms management (commences after set-up process, see 5 above): 
   1. Content planning, strategically mapping out tailored content and triggers for each selected channel, ensuring a dynamic approach to consistently engage the target audience
   2. Marketplaces and SEM platforms:

         a. Listing review and optimization based on conversion rate (CvR) and sales targets

         a. Advertising campaigns, audience targeting, budgets, bidding price across all ad placements based on return on advertising spend (ROAS) and sales targets
         b. Monitor performance and optimize adverts' creatives and targeting 
   3. SMM:
      1. Paid advertising:
         a. Review and manage listing and ROAS, optimize advertising campaigns based on CvR and sales targets
         b. Set up, review and optimize target audience, budgets, bidding price across all ad placements
         c. Monitor performance and optimize adverts' creatives and targeting 
      2. Organic:
         a. Target audience extended interest research
         b. Content (including audio and video) strategy, ideation, localization (including translation) and optimization
      3. Maintain audience engagement and grow organic reach
   4. Reporting and Analytics:
      1. Data collation, management and review
      2. Strategic recommendations, business intelligence, and competitor reviews
      3. Reporting preparation
   5. Performance review:
      1. Video conference call and report presentation
      2. Review KPIs, marketing, and advertising expenses
      3. Strategy and action items for next month

TIMEFRAME

The International Online Global Marketing Program will begin on the Commencement Date for a period of 12 months, thereafter automatically renew, modification and termination may be made by either party, by confirmed receipt of email, with a notice period of 3 months.

BUDGET

The set-up processes budget (section 5 above) is $15,000 (75 hours), over the first 3 months.
    a. Account opening (Marketplace accounts + Social media accounts): 10 x 3 = 30 hours
    b. Inventory creation and optimization: up to 150 products: 10 x 3 = 30 hours
    c. Social Media profiles and advertising campaigns set up and optimization: 5 x 3 = 15 hours
We have budgeted hours corresponding to this work in a normal acceptance process. If the application is rejected for any reason, further support to complete this application from IBT Online will be quoted as TPM ticket. 

The monthly marketing and ecommerce management budget (section 6 above) is $5,000 per month (25 hours/month).

The budget for a TPM ticket is $200 (may be adjusted) per hour, or part thereof. Budgets proposed are exclusive of all and any taxes.

The monthly recommended paid advertising budget is $5,000+. This will be discussed, agreed upon and may be varied month by month and will be paid directly, in advance, to the relevant platforms by the client. 

For your information. Set-up and service fees (subject to change by the platforms):
    • Redbook annual pre-paid deposit for advertising fee is a minimum of ¥100,000 RMB 
    • Tmall annual fee ¥30,000 – ¥60,000 RMB will depend on A-level attribution upon account opening and deposit: 50,000RMB 
    • Baidu annual service fees are ¥2,400 RMB and pre-paid Ads deposit is a minimum of ¥7,000 RMB.
    • WeChat annual fees are ¥710 RMB.

All fees are to be paid directly by the client.
