We are hiring a Senior Online Marketing Manager to lead performance-driven digital marketing programs across acquisition, conversion, and measurable growth – while actively integrating AI Search Optimization (AISO) and HubSpot-led commercialization into our delivery engine.

Role overview
The Senior Online Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end digital marketing programs that produce measurable outcomes (growth in qualified demand, conversion, and revenue impact where trackable). You will lead strategy and hands-on execution across IBT Online’s marketing service lines, including:
- SEO and AISO (AI Search Optimization / GEO / AEO / LLM visibility)
- PPC and performance advertising
- Social Media Marketing (SMM) and paid social
- LinkedIn Marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Email marketing and nurture workflows
- Content marketing and video marketing
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Ecommerce marketplace advertising and affiliate marketing (where applicable)
- Social listening, analytics, and reporting
This role is client-facing and requires strong judgment, structured execution, and excellent communication.

Key responsibilities
Program strategy and growth planning
- Own digital marketing strategy, channel mix, and execution plans for assigned accounts.
- Translate business goals into marketing KPIs, target audiences, campaigns, budgets, and roadmaps.
- Develop and refine positioning and messaging in collaboration with leadership and client stakeholders.
SEO + AISO (AI Search Optimization)
- Lead SEO and AISO programs to improve visibility across both traditional search and AI discovery experiences.
- Deliver (or coordinate delivery of) the key AISO elements where appropriate:
- AI readiness and content audit
- FAQ and conversational content structure
- Structured data (Schema/JSON-LD) alignment (with dev support)
- Third-party signal strengthening (where applicable)
- Reporting dashboards and progress updates
- Build practical SEO plans: technical priorities, content roadmap, internal linking, and measurement.
Performance marketing (PPC, paid social, LinkedIn, marketplace)
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across relevant channels (e.g., search, paid social, retargeting, LinkedIn, marketplace ads).
- Manage performance toward targets (lead quality, conversion rate, CPA/CAC, ROAS where applicable).
- Provide clear creative and landing page requirements; coordinate with design/content/dev teams.
ABM and pipeline-oriented campaigns
- Support account targeting and ABM-style campaigns in partnership with business development and leadership.
- Build campaign structures that connect to pipeline outcomes and measurable lifecycle progression.
- Use structured experiments to improve message-market fit and conversion.
Email marketing and nurturing
- Build and optimize nurture flows and email programs that improve conversion and lead readiness.
- Align segmentation, content, and lifecycle stages with sales handoffs (Smarketing discipline).
CRO and conversion improvements
- Improve conversion paths across landing pages, forms, funnels, and ecommerce journeys (where applicable).
- Identify friction points and propose tests/changes that increase conversion and lead quality.
- Coordinate implementation with design/dev; track results.
Measurement, analytics, social listening, and reporting
- Establish KPI dashboards and reporting cadence per account (weekly/monthly).
- Deliver clear performance insights and recommended actions (not just “reporting”).
- Use social listening and qualitative feedback where relevant to improve content and positioning.
HubSpot-enabled commercialization (where applicable)
- Operate within HubSpot-driven workflows where used by IBT Online or clients:
- lifecycle stages, attribution, reporting discipline
- campaign build (landing page → offer → nurture → handoff)
- data quality, segmentation, and enrichment (where in scope)
- Collaborate with commercial leadership to strengthen Sales + Marketing alignment.
AI-enabled productivity and repeatable delivery
- Use Microsoft 365, Copilot, and ChatGPT to improve speed and quality (research, drafts, analysis, reporting) – while keeping strategy, judgment, and client communication human-led.
- Build and refine internal templates/playbooks that improve consistency and outcomes.
Ideal candidate profile
Required
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with measurable outcomes (agency experience strongly preferred).
- Strong competency in performance marketing and/or SEO (ideally both), including analytics and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts/programs with disciplined prioritization.
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent academic qualification).
- Relevant marketing certifications (e.g., Google, Meta, HubSpot) or willingness to complete them.
Preferred
- Experience leading AISO/GEO/AEO/LLM visibility initiatives or closely related SEO programs.
- Experience supporting ecommerce growth and conversion optimization.
- HubSpot experience in a pipeline-oriented marketing environment (lifecycle, attribution, reporting discipline).
- Demonstrated “human-led, AI-enhanced” approach to marketing productivity and quality.
What success looks like
First 30-60 days
- Onboard to IBT Online methodology, reporting standards, client workflows, and tool stack.
- Take ownership of assigned accounts/campaigns and establish baseline KPIs.
- Identify and begin executing top performance improvements across SEO/AISO, paid, and CRO.
First 90 days
- Demonstrate measurable uplift (conversion rate, lead quality, CPA/ROAS improvements, SEO/AISO gains).
- Deliver decision-ready reporting and recommendations clients and leadership can act on.
- Improve execution speed and consistency through repeatable processes and AI-enabled workflows.
First 6–12 months
- Own a portfolio of accounts with strong retention and measurable outcomes.
- Mature playbooks/templates that improve team efficiency and performance.
- Become a trusted strategic partner to clients and a key leader within IBT Online delivery.
